JOB LOCATION
Shanghai

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and execute operator quality trainings;
2. Do product audits to identify quality gaps in products and processes; Measure and summarize results for quality metrics; Analyze quality metrics and establish action plans to improve quality;
3. Use quality analysis tools to identify root causes for existing problems and follow up corrective actions; Specify calibration and maintenance requirements for tools and equipment and follow execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. University degree in Mechanical, Industrial or electrical engineering
2. 3-5 yrs experience of quality management in multinational company
3. Experience from manufacturing industries preferably with manual assembly
4. Deep understanding of basic quality tools
5. Experience from Six Sigma, preferably green or black belt
6. Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
7. Can develop and establish good team work/relationships with all depts.
8. Has drive to implement changes

Excellent English skills both in writing and speaking
